General Shipping Information
Avenir Medical ships to all provinces and territories across Canada. We are committed to processing and delivering your order in a timely and secure manner.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed. Processing times may be longer during holidays or for custom-configured items. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Costs
The shipping method and cost for your order are determined by the size and weight of the items you purchase. The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order.
Our shipping methods include:

LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight Shipping for Bulky Items: For large and heavy items such as medical carts and cabinets, we use LTL freight shipping to ensure safe delivery. A flat-rate shipping fee is applied for these items to cover the specialized handling required.

Parcel Delivery for Accessories and Small Items: For smaller items and accessories, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package. These orders are shipped via standard parcel carriers.
Shipping to Remote Locations
Please note that shipping to certain remote or rural locations within Canada may incur additional charges or have longer delivery times. You will be notified of any such charges at checkout.
Damaged in Transit
While we take care to package our products securely, damages can occasionally occur during transit. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please contact us within 48 hours at info@avenir-medical.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details on handling damaged items.
